Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because we process high-grade logistics and bulk cargo shipments, we maintain explicit transaction guidelines:

1. Order Cancellations

Wholesale orders can be fully canceled or altered within 24 hours of checkout submission by using our Contact interface.

2. Refund Determinations

If a product cargo is verified as missing or physically compromised during carrier transport, a full balance settlement or replacement batch will be dispatched within 7 business days.
